Nurse RX is dedicated to providing timely access to medication, integrated support services, and patient-centered care for individuals overcoming addiction. Our team, led by Dr. Bonnie Velez, is committed to helping patients maintain sobriety and improve their quality of life.
SUPPORT SERVICES
In addition to medication-assisted care, Nurse RX connects patients with partner organizations for psychiatric evaluations and support with dual diagnoses: co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. Referrals to providers like Lowtan and Waynik help address the broader needs of individuals in recovery.
