ABOUT NURSE RX
Nurse RX is a NHSC approved Primary Care and Mental Health provider. We are currently accepting new Medicaid insured patients for Telehealth Psychiatry. Our primary care panel is full at this time.
SUPPORT SERVICES
In addition to medication-assisted care, Nurse RX provides primary care and connects patients with partner organizations for psychiatric evaluations and support with dual diagnoses: co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. Referrals to providers like Lowtan and Waynik help address the broader needs of individuals in recovery.
